Ruby’s Place Benefits

Benefits for staff who work 20-40 hours per week are:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage

    • Ruby’s Place pays 100% of the monthly premium for medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee coverage (not dependents) for staff who work 32-40 hours per week.  RP pays a prorated portion of medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee coverage (not dependents) for staff who work 20-31 hours per week based on the scheduled hours.
