Mental Health Clinician

Kemisha R. #127682

Kemisha Radford is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been providing mental health support for over nine years through outpatient and wraparound support. Kemisha has a Master’s in School Counseling and Marriage Family Therapy. She uses a multi-model approach that is solution-focused, client-centered, and trauma-informed. Throughout Kemisha’s years of practice, she has noticed every individual is different and should be treated as such. Her life and treatment philosophies overlap because she firmly believes in creating a non-judgmental space for everyone. Who are we to judge, considering we all have struggles and difficulties? The most profound thing Kemisha reports having learned as a mental health professional is that all of us are here to serve a purpose regardless of age. Kemisha became a mental health professional to support others through life’s challenging times or when a person feels stuck. She primarily aims to help those she serves to become the person they want to be.

Cindy O. AMFT #137549

(She/Her/Hers)

Cindy became a mental health clinician after years of direct service at Ruby’s Place and the nonprofit sector. She joined our team in 2016 and quickly grew a passion and appreciation for our mission. Since then, she has dedicated herself to learning and growing within the agency. She has experience in case management, survivor services, and leadership and management of RP programs. After seeing a significant need for Spanish-speaking clinicians at RP and in the Bay Area, she obtained a Master’s in Psychology, emphasizing Marriage and Family Therapy. As a Bay Area native and Chicana, she values diversity, representation, and empowerment while serving underprivileged communities. She aims to provide her community with a safe and nurturing space where they can embark on their healing journey through a trauma-sensitive, strength-based, and person-centered approach.

He has a master's in Counseling Psychology and a second master's in Human Sexuality Studies (clinical track). Ryan has experience working with school-aged children, teens, and their families as they navigate their trauma experiences. Ryan uses his natural calming state to help clients feel safe enough to become vulnerable during the therapeutic process while also teaching them the skills needed to help them work through their trauma. He values the importance of meeting the client where they are and using therapeutic interventions they will best respond to for their treatment. Ryan incorporates a collaborative, person-centered approach, strength-based, mindfulness, safety planning, and solution-focused approach to help clients achieve their desired goals.
