Women's Collective Corner: Unity

Participating in this space calls for an intentional lens that constantly leans into addressing the equal rights of women and safe access to care. We all bring individual perspectives and historical experiences that add multi-layered viewpoints to our common goal. While this rainbow of views is deeply appreciated, it is necessary to translate our individual uniqueness to a collective empowerment that grounds us into unity. In doing so, we humbly acknowledge that, as individuals, we have limitations in understanding the full magnitude of each other’s perspectives. We invite respect, hold space for differences, sharpen our curiosity, and embrace potential conflicts. In the end, we reflect on how an issue in hand feeds the resiliency of our collective. In doing so, we navigate our differences and ground ourselves and each other to the spirit of unity.”
